First international conference of the European project Sonet-Bull “Practices and competences in dealing with bullying in school”

On May 27th 2015 will be held in Liege the first international conference of the European project Sonet-Bull “Practices and competences in dealing with bullying in school” organized by INFOREF, the Belgian partner organization, to discuss the current situation on bullying in the various partner countries (Belgium , Greece, Ireland and Italy) and discuss the best practices for combating and preventing this phenomenon.

Speakers  are invited from Catholic University of Louvain (Walloon), Université de Paix and partner organizations Dublin City University, Hellenic Open University, Fondazione Mondo Digitale, Computer Technology Institute & Press Diophantus.

During the conference the Research Reports developed by the partners will be presented . It examines the policies and strategies currently adopted in the partner countries to address the problem of bullying in school.

On May 28 will be also held at the Haute Ecole Helmo Sainte-Croix Liege, the second meeting of the project Partners will discuss the pedagogical approaches for the development of the European platform, accessible from the official project website www.sonetbull.eu, which will provide teachers and stakeholders accredited training materials on school bullying, training techniques based on peer learning and crowdsourcing.
